Auditing and Compliance
Keeping your business compliant keeps your vehicles moving (and money in the bank!)
Our experienced transport professionals are here to support your business and keep the wagons rolling. We’ll work with your business on either a reactive or a proactive basis and we’ll guide you through the legal and regulatory requirements you must meet in order to run an effective, safe and legal transport operation.
Reactive Audit and Compliance
Reactive audits and compliance support can be provided following a prohibition order, an accident or a DVSA visit among other things. When you require urgent advice and guidance, we can be quickly on site with you to identify requirements and provide the correct advice. This can be handled in one of two ways; firstly, we can attend your premises and create an action plan for your team to work on. Alternatively, we can attend site and work with your team, supporting them to address failings and assist with prompt corrective actions.
Proactive Compliance for Transport Businesses
If you are proactive with your approach to audit and compliance, you’ll find spot visits and incident reaction much less stressful, comfortable in the knowledge that you’re business is compliant.
We can attend site and carry out a thorough audit of your operations. We go through a rigorous 103-point check. Each point receives a score and we’ll give you the score for each along with our findings and a recommendation and evidence document. These form your action plan, allowing you to work through the advised changes.
